Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Skin Pealed Aloo/Potato
  • Chilli Powder (as per your taste)
  • Salt (as per your taste)
  • 500 ml Oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice the aloo into wafer-thin pieces using a knife or a potato slicer as shown in the Aloo Recipe video.
  • Take a frying pan, add oil, and heat it over a medium flame for 3-4 minutes
  • Add one or two slices of Aloo to check hotness of oil. If Aloo started floating then it the oil is ready for deep fry
  • Now, add the remaining aloo slices to the oil and fry them over medium heat.
  • The frying time is approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Deep fry the slices until they turn golden in color.
  • Remove the excess oil by using a steel skimmer and transfer the aloo slices to a bowl.
  • Now, sprinkle chili powder and salt according to your taste, and mix well.
    That's all – crispy aloo chips, a simple snack for your evening, are ready. You can also enjoy them as a side dish for lunch or dinner.
