
Nuvvula Laddu Recipe – Til Ke Laddu (Sesame Laddu)

Nuvvula laddu is also known as Chimili in the Telugu states.
Ingredients
- 300 gms Grated Jaggery (Bellam)
- 200 gms Til (Nuvvulu)
Instructions
- First and foremost, grate approximately 300 grams of jaggery.
- Now, add sesame seeds (til or nuvvulu) to a mixer and grind them for 2 to 3 rotations for a rough texture. (Do not grind to a fine powder)
- Take out the sesame mixture from the mixer and then add the grated jaggery to the mixer. Grind them for 3 to 4 rotations to achieve a rough texture. (Do not grind to a fine powder)
- Now add both the Sesame mixture and Jaggery mixture to the mixer and give it 2-3 rotations to get a mixture with a rough texture, as shown in the Til ke laddu recipe video (Nuvvula Laddu recipe). (Do not grind to a fine powder.)
- Transfer the mixture to a plate or bowl and start making laddu by taking a small amount of the mixture.Nuvvula laddu (Til ke Laddu) ready.
