Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Curd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Jeera
  • 4 no Green Mirchi
  • 4 no Red Mirchi
  • 8 no Garlic
  • 1 no Chopped Onion – Big
  • 2 tbsp Chana Dal
  • 4 no Tomato (Small)
  • 1 and Half tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 and Half tbsp Salt (As per your taste)
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • Few Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Take a Deep pan, add 2 tbsp of Oil, and heat it over medium flame for a minute.
  • Add Garlic pods and fry until they turn golden brown.
  • Add Jeera, Mustard Seeds and Chana Dal and fry for 10 seconds
  • Add chopped Onions and slit Green Chilies, and fry over medium flame until the onions turn golden brown.
  • Now add Red Mirchi and fry for 30 seconds
  • Add Curry leaves and fry for 10-15 seconds
  • Add Tomatoes, Salt, and Turmeric, and mix well for a minute. Now add Coriander leaves and continue cooking for 2 more minutes or until the tomatoes are smoothly mashed.
  • Turn off the stove and let it cool
  • Take Curd, add a little bit of water, and beat it to make it smooth.
  • Add curd to the tomato mixture and mix well until all the ingredients are properly combined. At this point, add salt and mix (if necessary).
    Dahi Kadhi / Perugu Pachadi is ready to be served.
