
Sunnundalu recipe
Sunnundalu are made from Urad Dal and Jaggery (Bellam), making them one of the healthiest and most beneficial sweets. The Bellam (Jaggery) Sunnundalu recipe is easy to make at home; simply follow the steps below. After cooking, please share your thoughts with us.

Ingredients
- 500 gms Urdal Dal
- 500 gms Jaggery (Bellam)
- 500 ml Ghee
- 3 table spoons Rice
Instructions
- Place a Kadai on the stove, set the flame to medium, and preheat it for 2 minutes.
- Add urad dal and rice, sauté them until their color changes to golden.
- Turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now add them to a mixer and grind until they form a smooth and soft texture.
- Remove the mixture, add jaggery to the mixer, and blend it into a fine powder.
- Now, mix both the urad dal powder and jaggery powder together.
- Next, add them to the mixer in small quantities and blend them into a single mixture.
- Now, start making laddus by adding hot ghee to the mixture & gently shape the mixture into round balls until the entire mixture is used.Minapa Bellam Sunnundalu are ready to eat.
