
Ugadi Pachadi Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 table spoon Neem Flower (వేప పువ్వు)
- 400 gms Jaggery Powder (బెల్లం)
- 300 gms Roasted Chana Dal Powder (పుట్నాల పప్పు)
- 150 gms Tamarind Juice (చింతపండు పులుసు)
- 12 nos Banana (అరటిపండ్లు)
- 1 no Mango (Medium Size – మామిడికాయ)
- 1 no Tender Coconut (లేత కొబ్బరికాయ)
- 150 gms Sugar (చక్కెర)
Instructions
- Using a mixer, make a fine powder from the 300 grams of roasted chana dal.
- Take a bowl, and in it, add grated jaggery, sugar, and tamarind juice. Mix well until the jaggery and sugar are completely melted into the tamarind juice.
- Now, add roasted chana dal powder and mix well
- Mash the 12 bananas and combine them with the roasted chana dal mixture.
- Cut the tender coconut and skin peeled mango into small pieces and mix them into the mixture.
